Arrests
•Jerry Mosely, 33, of 4049 Chipwood Drive in Harvey, was arrested and charged with theft over $1,500.
•Anthony C. Smith, 19, of 337 Federal Drive in Avondale, was arrested on Jan. 4 and charged with theft over $1,500 and as a fugitive from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.
•Dwayne M. Vernon, 29, of 3005 Yorktown Drive in LaPlace, was arrested on Jan. 4 and charged with theft over $1,500.
•Richard H. Benoit Jr., 52, of 121 Early St. in Paradis, was arrested on Jan. 3 and charged with possession of crack, using improper turn signal and not having tail lamps.
•Clay M. Boutte, 21, of 555 Cypress Drive in Luling, was arrested on Jan. 1 and charged with possession with intent schedule I – marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Xanax and not using a tail lamp.
•Kim M. Dauphin, 42, of 29 Goodhope St. in Norco, was arrested on Dec. 30 and charged with possession and distribution of pharmaceutical drug Seroquel, disturbing the peace and resisting an officer.
•Vincent J. Venerella, 22, of 208 Nelson Drive in River Ridge, was arrested on Dec. 28 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper control of vehicle and disregarding stop/yield signs.
•Garrett M. Lirette, 24, of 118 Lirete Lane in Boutte, was arrested on Jan. 2 and charged with possession of hydrocodone, possession of Alprazolam, possession of Carisoprodol and prohibited drug paraphernalia.
•Arthur B. Henry, 24, of 177 Carolyn Drive in New Sarpy, was arrested on Jan. 8 for possession of schedule II controlled substance codeine.
