Arrests
•Brandon A. Biliot, 31, of 201 Oak Lane in Luling, was arrested on Jan. 16 and charged with failure to register and notify as a sex offender and a St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachment.
•Lindsey S. Landry, 31, of 473 Estay Lane in Paradis, was arrested on Jan. 16 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
•Kenneth K. Bannister, 28, of 14061 Well St. in New Orleans, was arrested on Jan. 15 and charged with monetary instrument abuse.
•Patricia H. Billings, 47, of 1952 Ormond Blvd. in Destrehan, was arrested on Jan. 15 and charged with cruelty to a juvenile, three counts of simple battery and public intimidation.
•Derek M. Gaubert, 22, of 106 Michael St. in Des Allemands, was arrested on Jan. 14 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
•Bernard Waguespack Jr., 46, of 3575 Hwy. 24 in Liberty, Miss., was arrested on Jan. 14 and charged with DWI, hit and run and open container.
•Kiana R. Chapman, 31, of 200 Boutte Estates Drive in Boutte, was arrested on Jan. 13 and charged with issuing worthless checks and cruelty to animals.
•Ryan Gudan, 24, of 125 Ann Lane a St. Rose, was arrested on Jan. 11 and charged with possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia and two St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachments.
•Derrick J. Richard, 36, of 76 Carriage Lane in Destrehan, was arrested on Jan. 11 and charged with possession of cocaine and contraband in a correctional center.
•Jonel S. Tobias, 18, of 2905 Berwick St. in Jefferson, was arrested on Jan. 11 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of crack cocaine, driver not licensed, not having head lamps activated and flight from officer.
•Kelsey N. White, 23, of 220 Nueces Drive in Portland, Texas, was arrested on Jan. 12 and charged with DWI, speeding and not having driver’s license on person.
•Matthew J. Dahl, 41, of 121 Lakewood Drive in Luling, was arrested on Jan. 11 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
•Jeremy C. Fontenot, 42, of 416 E. Mill in Kaplan, was arrested on Jan. 12 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, hit and run, driver not licensed and no insurance/accident.
•Lamar M. Simmons, 21, of 163 Hahn St. in Hahnville, was arrested on Jan. 2 and charged with possession of synthetic marijuana and obstruction of justice.
•Scott A. Rodrigue, 43, of 3120 N. Turnbull St. in Metairie, was arrested on Jan. 5 and charged with simple battery – child endangerment, simple assault, possesaasion of a schedule II drug, possession of a schedule III drug and a suspended driver’s license.
•Keith R. Usea, 22, of 125 Frickey Drive in Des Allemands, was arrested on Jan. 3 and charged with simple burglary, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, driver not licensed, motor vehicle needs two head lamps and a St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachment.
•Janelle M. Castillo, 29, of 167 Oaklawn Ridge Lane in St. Rose, was arrested on Jan. 5 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstruction of justice and as a fugitive from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.
•Brittany L. Pianovich, 19, of 19 Houmas Place in Destrehan, was arrested on Jan. 7 and charged with possession with intent – marijuana and possession with intent – drug paraphernalia.
•Kevin A. Castro, 20, of 13 Ormond Place in Destrehan, was arrested on Jan. 7 and charged with possession with intent – marijuana, possession with intent – drug paraphernalia, expired driver’s tag and improper turn signal.
•Lloyd K. Wright, 55, of 1107 Paul Frederick St. in Luling, was arrested on Jan. 9 and charged with possession with intent – marijuana and resisting an officer.
•Joshua B. Sones, 28, of 14029 LA 631 in Boutte, was arrested on Jan. 9 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, use of a firearm with a controlled substance and illegal use of a firearm in the presence of a juvenile.
Thefts
•A boat trailer and motor were stolen from 275 Dianne Drive in St. Rose on Jan. 16.
•Assorted tools were stolen out of a vehicle located at 15029 Old Spanish Trail in Paradis.
•Prescription medication and cash were stolen from 157 Belsome St. in Ama on Jan. 13.
•Several tires and rims were stolen from 10459 U.S. 61 in St. Rose on Jan. 10.
•Assorted horse equipment was stolen from 1 Circle Lane in Des Allemands on Jan. 12.
•88.25 gallons of diesel fuel were stolen from 10326 Airline Highway in St. Rose on Jan. 6.
•An amplifier, a skateboard and assorted clothing were stolen from a vehicle at 192 Boras Lane in Des Allemands on Jan. 3.
•A camo jacket was stolen from a vehicle at 130 Boras Lane in Des Allemands on Jan. 3.
•A DVD player and GPS were stolen from a vehicle at 135 Schaubhut Lane in Des Allemands on Jan. 4.
•An iPhone, a pair of tennis shoes and medication were stolen from 232 Post St. in Killona on Jan. 5.
•Assorted metal tension bars were stolen from 376 Almedia Road in St. Rose on Jan. 9.
