Arrests

• Elmonesha Green, 27, of 1501 Mithra St. in New Orleans, was arrested on March 27 and charged with unauthorized use of a credit card.
• Juan Jose Dicupe Pauza, 28, of 204 Kent Ave. in Metairie, was arrested on March 25 and charged with monetary instrument abuse and theft over $1,500.
• Taylor Thomas, 60, of 11 Maria St. in Destrehan, was arrested on March 26 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
• Kevin M. Ball, 22, of 428 Ellen St. in Ama, was arrested on March 22 and charged with two counts of theft over $500, two counts of criminal trespass, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and a St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachment.
• Taleia L. Thomas, 37, of 206 Janet St. in St. Rose, was arrested on March 23 and charged with theft over $1,500 and a St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachment.
• Jenny Nicholas, 33, of 114 Barton Ave. in Luling, was arrested on March 22 and charged with issuing worthless checks, renewal registration, a St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachment and as a fugitive from Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.
• Steven L. Wells, 21, of 1109 Paul Frederick St. in Luling, was arrested on March 21 and charged with four counts of carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
• Clifford Bourgeois, 34, of 814 Paul Frederick St. in Luling, was arrested on March 24 and charged with attempted second-degree murder.
• Delbert Johnson, 36, of 2118 Selma St. in New Orleans, was arrested on March 24 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, driving while intoxicated, child endangerment and as a fugitive from another agency.
• Hannah Sims, 21, of 160 Wisteria Lane in Mandeville, was arrested on March 23 and charged with DWI 2nd offense, speeding and open alcohol container in vehicle.
• Jovante Wels, 21, of 740 E. Hoover St. in New Sarpy, was arrested on March 21, and charged with resisting arrest by flight, possession with intent to distribute a counterfeit controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
