Arrests
•Donnell Miner, 32, of 3110 Dante St. in New Orleans, was arrested on March 19 and charged with two counts of theft of motor vehicle over $1,500 and unauthorized use of an access card.
•Bart A. Bourg, 54, of 145 Myrtle St. in Boutte, was arrested on March 18 and charged with forcible rape, false imprisonment and domestic abuse battery.
•Troy Washington, 21, of 3013 Houma Blvd. C in Metairie, was arrested on March 18 and charged with first degree robbery, simple battery and simple assault.
•Vito Silvestril, 32, of 130 Ormond Meadows Drive C in Destrehan, was arrested on March 17 and charged with attempted second-degree murder and carrying an illegal weapon.
•Regina Sontrino, 52, of 196 Carolyn Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on March 17 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of soma with intent and possession of marijuana.
•Jaleel I. Bickham, 18, of 106 Jane Lane in St. Rose, was arrested on March 17 and charged with underage DWI, reckless operation and possession of synthetic marijuana.
•James Mott Jr., 45, of 222 Clayton Drive in Norco, was arrested on March 20 and charged with aggravated battery.
•Toshula L. Mealey, 35, of 222 Clayton Drive in Norco, was arrested on March 20 and charged with aggravated battery.
•Greg Gullage, 30, of 1255 Primrose Drive in Boutte, was arrested on March 20 and charged with DWI, speeding, driver not licensed, open container, no liability insurance, no registration certificate and fugitive from Westwego.
•Arthur W. Martin, 46, of 900 Kinler St. in Luling, was arrested on March 18 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine.
•Okieth B. Gibson, of 138 Genovese Lane in Independence, was arrested on March 14 and charged with two counts of distribution of marijuana.
•Nelson Robinson III, 19, of 16545 LA 63 Highway in Des Allemands, was arrested on March 11 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
•Robert K. Oubre, 48, of 323 St. Charles St. in Norco, was arrested on March 14 and charged with possession with intent to distribute schedule IV drugs.
Thefts
•A 2006 Chevrolet Silverado was stolen from 508 Oak St. in St. Rose on Feb. 27.
•A commercial freezer and an iron picnic table with chairs were stolen from 11072 LA Hwy. 48 in St. Rose on Feb. 25.
•A utility trailer was stolen from 15174 LA 18 in Hahnville on Feb. 26.
•Assorted jewelry, a DS XL game system, a 42-inch TV, a laptop, a telescope and Wii gaming system were stolen from 130 Agnes Lane in Ama on March 6.
•Assorted welding equipment was stolen from 17625 LA 18 in Taft on March 6.
•A wallet was stolen out of a vehicle at 17000 River Road in Taft on March 10.
•Two 53 foot trailers were stolen from 10352 River Road in St. Rose on March 7.
•Assorted tools and a 20 gauge shotgun were stolen from 204 Louisiana St. in Paradis on March 11.
•A Yamaha motorcycle valued at $6,000 was stolen from 134 Julie St. in Paradis on March 13.
•A computer, convertor box, a flat screen TV and a car key were stolen from 504 East Club Drive in St. Rose on March 12.
•An iPhone 5 was stolen from 322 Ormond Meadows in Destrehan on March 15.
•A tire and rim were stolen from 1952 Ormond Blvd. in Destrehan on March 14.
•A .380 caliber semi-automatic handgun was stolen from 120 Oak Lane in Luling on March 14.
