Arrests
•Gayland Mitchelle, 29, of 2420 S. Kinler St. in Luling, was arrested on Oct. 28 and charged with distribution of counterfeit SCH II CDS to wit counterfeit Crack Cocaine.
•Warren Bourgeois, 49, of 500 LA 52 in Luling, was arrested on Oct. 28 and charged with distribution of SCH II CDS to wit Crack Cocaine.
•Alfred E. Simmons, 33, of 827 Milling Ave. in Luling, was arrested on Oct. 28 and charged with distribution of SCH II CDS to wit Crack Cocaine.
•Ryan Downs, 31, of 159 Lakewood Drive in Luling, was arrested on Oct. 26 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia/Herion, obstruction of justice, no liability insurance, suspended driver’s license, license not kept on self and ignoring a traffic control signal.
•Alicia E. Bantaa, 32, of 26086 Blahut Road in Hammond, was arrested on Nov. 3 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.
•Jason P. Aupied, 34, of 125 Kliner Road in Des Allemands, was arrested on Oct. 26 and charged with possession of SCH II CDS – Suboxone (2 cts.), possession of Marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, use of a CDS in the presence of a juvenile, use of a firearm in the presence of a CDS and possession of SCH III CSD.
•Glenn Williams, 58, of 1311 S. Meadow St. in Metairie, was arrested on Nov. 6 and charged with D.W.I. and improper control of a vehicle.
•Joseph Martin, 42, of 3622 LaPlace St. in Chalmette, was arrested on Nov. 4 and charged with D.W.I.
•Gerson Archila, 23, of 1756 Denver Drive in Baton Rouge, was arrested on Nov. 6 and charged with D.W.I., speeding, not having a license, open container and illegal alien operating a motor vehicle.
Thefts
•Assorted copper wire, assorted tools and a canvas bag were stolen from 1006 Gassen St. in Luling on Oct. 31.
•A gas leaf blower was stolen form 106 Lakewood Drive in Luling on Oct. 31.
•A 40-gallon gas water heater was stolen from 1258 Paul Maillard Road in Luling on Oct. 31.
•A Nintendo DSI was stolen from 301 Post St. in Killona on Nov. 1.
•A GPS was stolen out of a vehicle at 511 Gassen St. in Luling on Nov. 1.
•A purse containing assorted ID and credit cards was stolen out of a vehicle at 426 Wade St. in Luling on Nov. 1.
•A DVD layer, laptop computer and two TVs were stolen from 101 Pitre St. in St. Rose on Nov. 1.
•Two pairs of prescription eye glasses, a cell phone charger and $20 were stolen out of a vehicle at 911 Gassen St. in Luling on Nov. 1.
•A DVD player, handgun, wallet, modem and router, computer, 32″ TV, watch and assorted bottles of alcohol were stolen from 183 Post St. in Killona on Nov. 1.
