Belinda Babineaux Wilson

Belinda Babineaux Wilson, age 50, passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 after a sudden illness.

She was a native of St. Charles Parish and worked as an administrative secretary for the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office for 22 years. She is survived by her son Zachary Wilson and daughters Quincee Bourgeois Roccaforte and Kaci Wilson. Son-in-law Randy Roccaforte. Two brothers; Blaine Babineaux and Brandan Babineaux. Sisters  Bridget Babineaux St. Pierre and Bonnie Babineaux Anderson. Parents Freddie “Goo” Babineaux, Jr. and Marie Sketchler Babineaux. Brother-in-laws Hank St. Pierre and David Anderson sister-in-law Shelly Babineaux and one grandchild on the way. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Alfred and Edna Babineaux, Amy Cortez Sketchler and Joseph Sketchler. Visitation was held on Thursday, June 11 at H. C. Alexander Funeral Home in Norco and continued on Friday, June 12 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Destrehan. Mass of Christian Burial was at the church with Fr. Msgr. Harry Bugler. Burial followed in the St. Charles Cemetery.
