William “Billy” Edward Warren, Jr., age 68, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024. He was a native of Palmetto and resident of Raceland, LA.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Des Allemands Mennonite Church in Des Allemands on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until a service time at 11:00 a.m. with burial following in the Mennonite Cemetery.
Billy is survived by his wife of 46 years, Elizabeth “Liz” Bergeron Warren; son, Grover “Bubba” Warren and wife, Stephanie; daughters, Kiley Warren, and Billie Jo Mitchell and husband, Terrence, Sr.; grandchildren, Ava and Maddox “Max” Warren, and Terrence “T.J.” Mitchell, Jr.; and honorary grandchildren, Ellie, Sage, and Bowen Blouin.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, William Edward Warren, Sr. and Mary Phillips Desotell; brothers, Johnny Ogea, Wilbert Schexnayder, Grover Warren, and Calvin Warren; and sisters, Texas Marie Moreau and Sandra Thompson.
