Linda Ann Medina of Luling was called home to rest eternally with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at the age of 59.
Although she faced numerous health and physical challenges in her adult life, those challenges were no match for her determination and feisty spirit. Especially with the staff and residents of Twin Oaks Nursing Home in LaPlace, where she resided for the past 7-½ years due to her health.
Linda is survived by one son, Christopher Joseph Medina, her mother, Artie Bell Freeman Medina; one sister, Carolyn Marie Medina and one godchild, Chantel Nicole Medina Trahan and her husband Myles Trahan.
She is preceded in death by her father, Joseph Valentine Medina.
The family would like to thank and acknowledge Twin Oaks Nursing Home staff, residents and volunteers who so diligently put up with her daily outbursts. She made their days interesting.
Falgout Funeral Homes in Raceland is in charge of arrangements. The family requests a private service.
