Winnie Dufrene McCully, 86, a native and resident of Des Allemands, passed away on April 3.
Visitation was held April 6 at First Assembly of God Church, Des Allemands. Religious services were held followed by burial in the Mennonite Cemetery.
McCully is survived by her husband Jack McCully; sons, Larry Matherne (Sheryl), Clyde McCully (Sherrie), Thomas McCully (Raquel); daughter-in-law, Regina Matherne; brother, Josh Dufrene; and sisters, Desie Burson, Vonnie McBlair; nine grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pierre and Lucia Dufrene; son, Frank Matherne; brother, Walter Dufrene and sisters, Annie Dufrene and Walterine Comardelle.
