Laura Mae Venable, 78, a native of Pontchatoula and resident of Luling, passed away Nov. 20, 2018.
Venable is survived by her husband, Edgar Venerable Sr.; a son, Jesse James; three daughters, Rose All, JoAnn Chemota and Debra Duhe; a brother, Jesse Hall; a sister, Margaret Catoire; seven great grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, David Hall and Lourianne Tregre; three brothers, David, Joe and Charles, and a sister, Lourianne.
She was a member of the LaPlace VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Her hobbies were crafts and reading.
