Vivian Gaudet Jacob passed away on Wednesday, March 12 at the age of 93.
She resided in Norco most of her life. She was the beloved wife of the late Wilmore “Willie” Jacob.
She is survived by her children, Richard(Becky) Jacob and Cindy (Darrel) White and daughter-in-law Marilyn Jacob. She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas “T.P.” and Corinne Gaudet; son, Glenn (Jake) Jacob and her brothers, Howard and Wade Gaudet.
Grandmother of six grandchildren; Jeff, Greg, Ryan, Michelle, Corey and Casey, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She is also survived by her siblings, Clifford Gaudet and Mildred Toye. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, family members and friends who will miss her greatly.
Relatives and friends were invited to attend a visitation at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Norco on Saturday, March 15 with a Funeral Mass held afterward. Interment followed at St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery in Destrehan.
