Phyllis Guidry, 83, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Galliano, La., passed away on Oct. 8.
Visitation was held Oct. 13 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Galliano followed by a mass of Christian burial and burial in the church cemetery.
Guidry is survived by her children; Dennis (Carol) Guidry, David (Mary) Guidry, Phyllis “Fe Fe” Guidry, Lillie (Tad) Ledet, Lisa Guidry; grandchildren, Joshua (Renee) Guidry, Christina (Joey) Fanguy, Ralin (Rusty) Trosclair, Samantha (Chris) Lagarde, Paul Melian Guidry, Hannah (Brad) Lasseigne, Holden (Brittney) Ledet, Justin Rogers and 15 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Richard P. “Dick” Guidry; son, Richard Paul Guidry; parents, Assay D. Guidry and Marie Louise Aycock Guidry; siblings, Al, Ronald and Donald Guidry, Doris Dolosia, Marie Guidry, Sybil Guidry and Emily Pitre.
