Edward (Bill) Clarence Schroeder, Jr., of Luling passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at the age of 80. Born on November 26, 1940 to Edward Clarence Schroeder, Sr. and Ruth Cooper Schroeder of Covington, La. He is preceded in death by his parents. Survived by his beloved wife of 53 years Kathleen Champagne Schroeder. His children Khristine Bradford (Brian), Kerri Bergeron (Dean), and Edward Schroeder III (Samantha) and granddaughters Marissa and Alaina Bergeron.
Edward graduated from Covington High School, attended college at LSU in Baton Rouge and Gradwall College in St Louis, Missouri where he graduated in 1963. He worked at St. Charles Parish Hospital as Medical Laboratory Director until he retired after 30 years.
Burial will take place at a later date.
