Teen reported missing in Luling

Last seen riding bicycle leaving Winn-Dixie

The St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 14-year-old Luling teenager reported missing.

Nicholas Giangrosso left his residence at about 4 p.m. Monday (July 13) on his black bicycle to fill out a job application at a Winn-Dixie grocery store in Luling and has not returned home.

Giangrosso suffers from mild Asperger’s syndrome, according to family members.

The Sheriff’s Office reports video footage showed Giangrosso inside Winn-Dixie at 4:19 p.m. yesterday and exiting the store at 4:21 p.m., and him riding his bike towards the Lakewood Drive area in Luling.

Giangrosso was last seen wearing a white shirt, gray cargo shorts and blue Nike Shoes.

The Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information on Giangrosso’s whereabouts to contact Detective Holly Laurent or Sgt. Clint Patterson at (985) 783-6807.
