St. Rose man charged with Medicaid fraud

Tim Ursin, 53, of St. Rose, has been arrested on four counts of Medicaid fraud.

Attorney General Jeff Landry named Ursin among four people arrested by his office’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.

Ursin allegedly submitted time sheets and service logs for services not rendered, according to Landry.

He was arrested along with Mary Altemus, 51, of LaPlace, on four counts; Deloris Crockett, 57, of Kenner, on eight counts, and Paulette Riley, 57, of New Orleans, on four counts, all on Medicaid fraud.

All four were booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
