Taylor – Nave Wedding

The marriage of Miss Tiffanie Breanna Taylor of Luling and Mr. Nicholas Andrew Nave of Destrehan was solemnized on Nov. 4, 2006 at First Baptist Church of Luling. The Rev. Todd Hallman officiated over the candlelight ceremony. A reception followed at the Jerusalem Shriner’s Temple in Destrehan.

The bride is the daughter of Vickie Taylor and the late Charles M. (Mickey) Taylor of Luling. She is the granddaughter of Ernest and Orpha McIntyre and Ruth Alfred all of Oakgrove and the late L.J. Taylor of Goodwill.

The groom is the son of Deborah Sarmadi of Brentwood, Tenn. and Kenneth (Joy) Nave of Lyles, Tenn. He is the grandson of Wayne and Pamela Taylor of Destrehan and Beverly Baker of Cadiz, Kentucky and the late Richard Nave of Hopinsville, Kentucky.

Tiffanie is a graduate of Hahnville High School and of Louisiana Technical College as a medical assistant and a graduate of Delgado Community College with an associates degree is criminal justice. She is currently attending Southeastern Louisiana University to receive a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.

Nicholas is a graduate of Hickman County High School in Centerville, Tenn. He has served in the United States Coast Guard as a 3rd class officer. Nicholas is also an honors graduate of Louisiana Technical College as a process technician and is employed in Geismar, La.

Tiffanie’s brother, Brennon, walked her down the aisle and presented her to the groom.

The bride’s party included: Katie Prine – Maid of Honor, Heather Head – Matron of Honor, Jennifer Aller, Leah Brillon, Lacey Carter, Megan Dufrene, Tonya Keller, Tamora Platsmier, Leah Lovell and Brennan Vicknair – Bridesmaids.

The groom’s party included: Todd Picou – Best Man, Ben Allen, Drew Cochrane, Johnathan Lewis, Heath McKenzie, Kyle Nave , Kaleb Dufrene, Eddie Gaubert, Nate Helms and Ricky Mitcheson – Groomsmen.
