Norco Girl Scout Troops 20179, 20104, 20469 held a Stuffed Animal Drive for First Responders as their Take Action project for the end of 2018.
They collected over 20 garbage bags stuffed with stuffed animals that will be distributed to the 9 Fire Departments in St. Charles Parish, St. Charles Parish EMS, and St. Charles Parish Sheriffs Office.
The girls learned that these stuffed animals can provide love and care to children that maybe sick, hurt, or have experienced a form of trauma or loss.
