No place for hate at DHS

Destrehan High School (DHS) recently awarded students who exemplified the characteristics being a “No Place For Hate” school.

Students were nominated by their teachers for their efforts in modeling respect and empathy in their words and actions.  DHS has been recognized as a “No Place For Hate School” for the last eight years. Students were awarded four tickets to a New Orleans Pelicans game for fostering a culture of respect and a safe learning environment for all students.
