Mervin Guillot Sr., a retiree from Shell Oil Co. and Janey Accardo Guillot of LaPlace, will celebrate their 60th anniversary on July 6. The couple will celebrate with family.
The Guillots were married on July 6, 1957 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Convent.
They have two children, Mervin Guillot Jr. of LaPlace and his wife Robin Haydel Guillot, and Cindy Weber of Destrehan and her husband Chris Weber.
The couple has three grandchildren, Michelle Richard, Ryan Guillot and his wife, Jessica, and Alicia Guillot. They also have four great grandchildren: Madeline Richard, Alexa Richard, Cooper Richard and Olivia Guillot.
