The St. Charles Council On Aging held their calendar contest reception on Thursday, Oct. 16. Nine senior artists attended. Contest Judges were Ena Brady and JoAnn Hymel.
Artists were able to view all art entries, seeing the placement each will appear in the 2009 Council on Aging Inc. Promotional Agency Calendar.
Refreshments were enjoyed by all. The artwork was very impressive and included many different mediums this year, ranging from oil, pastels, watercolor, sketching, acrylic, wood and photography.
