Al Suffrin was recently recognized for his service as president of the St. Charles Parish School Board. Outgoing Superintendent Felecia Gomez-Walker said, “It has been a privilege to serve beside you this past year. Your professional and calm demeanor has been a model for all of us.”
Walker- Gomez also added, “You were consistently prepared, highly visible and paid attention to each and every detail. The board and I approached each committee meeting, board meeting and event with confidence that you would represent this school system with integrity and in an exemplary ethical manner.” She also thanked Suffrin for scoring an A+ “in leading this Triple A school system. The children, employees, families and community of St. Charles Parish appreciate your service.”
