Dear Editor,
Remember when you donate to St. Charles Social Concerns you are helping people who are needy in our parish. Money that is made from selling items in the Thrift Shop goes to help people with utilities, rent, medicines, food, clothes and children in school needing uniforms, shoes and coats. Fire victims are also helped with clothes and household items.
We loan out wheelchairs, potties, walkers, hospital beds and crutches. So when you donate to Social Concerns you are helping these people. It is a good feeling to help others.
We welcome everyone to please come and shop. We are putting out Christmas goodies.
We also want to thank all who donate to Social Concerns.
