Arrests

• Jason Barrette, 42, of 719 West Heather Drive in Luling, was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with theft $750 to $5,000 and providing contract or investigator services without possessing valid license.
• Richard Gilmore, 33, of 107 Jane Lane in St. Rose, was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, use of firearm in presence of someone under age of 17 (three counts) and use of a firearm with CDS.
• Brooke Lemieux, 31, of 107 Jane Lane in St. Rose, was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, use of firearm in presence of someone under age of 17 (three counts) and use of firearm with CDS.
• Rudolph Dent, 36, of 210 Trailsway Drive in Hahnville, was arrested Sept. 26 and charged with burglary of a movable and entry/remaining after forbidden.
• Ellis Bruce, 25, of 111 Warren Drive in Luling, was arrested Sept.26 and charged with forgery.
• Seth Rome, 17, of 215 Peter St. in Paradis, was arrested Sept. 26 and charged with possession of SCH II – methylphenidate and violation of CDS law.

Incidents

• A Paradis victim observed approximately $800 deducted from her banking account in an unauthorized transaction on Sept. 21.
