Sheriff’s Reports – January 3, 2019

Arrests

• Jermaine Williams, 19, of 237 Terrace St. in New Sarpy, was arrested Dec. 24 and charged with aggravated battery.
• Deneen Walters, 54, of 17469 LA 631 in Des Allemands, was arrested Dec. 23 and charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.
• Jessie Stuard, 18, of 268 Janet Drive in St. Rose, was arrested Dec. 21 and charged with aggravated criminal damage to property.
• Altherio Francis, 20, of 244 Boutte Estates Drive in Boutte, was arrested Dec. 24 and charged with hit and run, obstruction of justice, no driver’s license on person, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and switched plate.
• Trace Mataya, 17, of 201 Barrett Drive in Luling, was arrested Dec. 23 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Bryan Moreno, 23, of 15439 Dorothy Nell Drive in Dallas, Tex., was arrested Dec. 24 and charged with possession of Schedule I, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicle, possession of Xanax and reckless operation.
• James LeBeaud, 54, of 114 Bonura Drive in St. Rose, was arrested Dec. 21 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine (two counts). He had an attachment.
• Tristin Russell, 27, of 301 West Tish St. in Avondale, was arrested Dec. 22 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana (third or more), possession of Adderall and possession of Ambien. He was a fugitive (three counts).
• Khristian Ellis, 21, of 1521 Spanish Oak in Harvey, was arrested Dec. 20 and charged with armed robbery/use of a firearm and possession of firearm by convicted felon.
• Taylor Cantwell, 26, of 1925 Kentucky Ave. in Kenner, was arrested Dec. 20 and charged with obstruction of justice, possession of distribution of drug paraphernalia and possession of Schedule III. He was a fugitive.
• Kira Steed, 33, of 2324 West Ave. in LaRose, was arrested Dec. 6 and charged with obscenity (three counts).
• Frank Leon, 30, of 3014 Phoenix St. in Kenner, was arrested Dec. 18 and charged with theft up to $750 and monetary instrument abuse.
• Elvis Hebert Jr., 38, of 261 Choctaw Road in Thibodaux, was arrested Dec. 18 and charged with aggravated battery with dangerous weapon, stalling and domestic abuse battery.

Incidents

• A burglary occurred at a Smith St. residence in Hahnville on Dec. 25. Two iPads were stolen.
• A vehicle was burglarized at 313 Mockingbird Lane in St. Rose on Dec. 23. Two Saks Fifth Avenue bags containing miscellaneous clothing were stolen from the victim’s vehicle.
• A package was delivered to a Brandon Hall residence in Destrehan on Dec. 21, but the victim never received the package. It contained approximately $177 worth of miscellaneous items.
