Arrests
• Shawn Rainey, 36, was arrested Jan. 30 in Donaldsonville and charged with simple burglary – immovable structure, simple criminal damage to property and theft of a motor vehicle.
• Devlin Naquin, 25, was arrested Jan. 30 in Boutte and charged with battery of a police officer, disturbing the peace – appearing in an intoxicated condition, resisting an officer and aggravated assault upon a peace officer.
• Stephen McCloud, 63, was arrested Jan. 30 in Destrehan and charged with domestic abuse battery – minor injury.
• Richard Fuller III, 18, was arrested Jan. 30 in Destrehan and charged with domestic abuse battery – minor injury.
• Tassin Jones, 39, was arrested Jan. 30 in Destrehan and charged with domestic abuse battery – serious injury and a fugitive arrest.
• Benjamin Davis, 52, was arrested Jan. 31 in Luling and charged with battery of emergency room personnel, emergency service personnel or a healthcare professional.
• Ann Nett Williams, 61, was arrested Jan. 30 in St. Rose and charged with disturbing the peace – appearing in an intoxicated condition.
• Robert Perry, 41, was arrested Jan. 30 in Killona and charged with simple battery.
