DES ALLEMANDS – St. Gertrude Catholic Church will sponsor vacation Bible school July 21-25 from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the church in Des Allemands.
Children in prekindergarten through sixth grade can attend. Registration forms are available in the rectory and church.
Craft items and other supplies are being accepted for the school. A collection box is set up in church. For information, call 985-758-7542.
In other church news, a blood drive will be held July 27 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Father Mac Community Center
