DES ALLEMANDS – The annual Bayou Gauche Christmas Boat Parade is set for Saturday, Dec. 13 at 6:30 p.m. on Highway 306 on the Bayou Gauche Island in Des Allemands.
Anyone is welcome to enter a decorated boat for the parade. Cash prizes will be awarded to the winning boat.
The parade begins at the island’s pump station and ends at Fisherman’s Wharf.
