NORCO – The Queen of Hearts Miss, Teen, Ms. and Baby pageants will be held on Saturday, Nov. 3rd beginning at 12:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart School Auditorium and will coincide with the River Parishes Fall Festival being held on the grounds of Sacred Heart School in Norco on November 2nd, 3rd , and 4th.
Any single women who have never bore a child and are between the ages of 17-23, can enter. They must also reside in the state of Louisiana. The Miss entry fee is $100.00 including photogenic. The deadline to enter the Miss Division is Thursday, November 1st.
