PARISHWIDE – Pre-sports physicals required for those taking part in fall sports will be offered parish schools on Aug. 10.
• J.B. Martin Middle School, 8-9:30 a.m. last names beginning A-M; 9:30-11 a.m. last names beginning N-Z.• Harry Hurst Middle School, 10:30 a.m.-noon.• R.K. Smith Middle School noon-2:30 p.m.• Albert Cammon Middle School noon-2:30 p.m.
Cost for the physicals is $15 payable in cash or check only. Make checks payable to St. Charles Parish Hospital. A signed physical form is required.
A parent must also be in attendance.
