The Norco Civics Association will be celebrating 10 years; and to commemorate this occasion the organization will be hosting a Norco Family Day on Saturday, October 14th, from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Westside Recreational Park. Food will be served along with music and activities for the children.
