BOUTTE – The 21st Annual “The Dreamer’s Dream” scholarship banquet will be held on Sept. 18 at 7 p.m. at the John L. Dorsey Multi-purpose Center, 13635 Old Spanish Trail in Boutte. The Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative Organization of St. Charles Parish hosts the event. Guest speakers will be Felicia Rothchild, a human resources specialist, or Prince George of Maryland.
