LULING – The Louisiana Heat, a 12-year-old baseball team, is sponsoring a dance at the VFW Hall in Luling on Saturday, Sept. 20 from 8 a.m. to midnight.
The team is using the dance as a fundraiser to raise money to defray costs for a trip to Cooperstown, NY in July 2009.
The dance will feature music by Local Option II. Tickets are $20. Cost includes finger foods and setups. Bring your own liquor.
