DESTREHAN – The German Farmers’ Market will hold its anniversary celebration 8 a.m. to noon June 20 at Ormond Plantation in Destrehan.
Events will include a vegetable garden contest, music, bee and wood carving demonstrations, bunny petting zoo, St. Charles Parish Library display, door prizes and craft vendors. Sign up for the vegetable contest ends June 13. Entries are due by 9 a.m.
