LULING – In an effort to raise money for Dennis Mahler’s family, Jambalaya dinners and Domino’s pizzas will be sold at a fundraiser on Feb. 13 at 4:30 p.m. at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Luling and at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Destrehan. Dennis’s vehicle was struck by a drunk driver on Jan. 4.
He remains in critical condition at University Hospital.
Dinners include jambalaya, white beans, peas and bread. They will be sold for $7. Large Domino’s cheese and pepperoni pizzas will be sold for $10.
