The St. Charles Parish library is offering two free ACT practice tests to parish teens.
The first test is set for Feb. 28 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the East Regional Library located at 100 River Oaks Dr. in Destrehan. The second will be held at the St. Rose Branch located at 90 East Club Dr. in St. Rose on March 7 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Pencils are provided.
