BOUTTE – West St. Charles Baptist Church will host a free gospel concert featuring Tommy Moseley of Pascagoula, Miss., on Sunday, Aug. 8 at 10:45 a.m. The concert will take place at the church, 13099 Hwy. 90 in Boutte.
