DESTREHAN – A Thanksgiving celebration is planned for Saturday, Nov. 17 at the German Coast Farmer’s Market at Ormond Plantation on River Road in Destrehan from 8 a.m. to noon.
Plan to shop for fresh fall produce including cauliflower, broccoli, shallots, sweet potatoes, mustard greens and satsumas while enjoying the live Cajun sounds of Cajun Friends.
Hayrides and face painting will be available and their will be farmers on hand to provide you with information about upcoming programs and events.
