ST. CHARLES PARISH – Catholic Charities will host its 4th Annual Girl Power Camp from July 19 to 23 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the First United Presbyterian Church on Lakewood Drive for girls ages 8-13.
Licensed social workers will lead the camp in all kinds of indoor/outdoor games, arts and crafts, and activities that build on self-esteem, healthy relationships, goal setting and teamwork skills. Catholic Charities Girl Power Camp is partly sponsored by the St. Charles Women’s Club. The cost of camp is $50, which includes lunch every day, craft supplies and a t-shirt.
