DESTREHAN – Destrehan Plantation will hosts a Bunny Brunch and Egg Hunt on Sunday, March 29 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the manor on River Road to help raise money for the organization, Save Our Cemeteries.
A day of fun is planned featuring a gourmet brunch, cocktails, live entertainment, an egg hunt, arts and crafts tent, face painting, egg races, a raffle and games with the Easter Bunny. Tickets are $15 for kids 12 and under, $20 for SOC members and $25 for non-members. To purchase tickets, call 504-525-3377.
“This is our first year as part of the Save Our Cemeteries event, but we are expecting a great turn out,” said plantation director Nancy Robert. “There’s a lot for the whole family to enjoy.
“And we’re looking forward to seeing a lot of our parish residents at the brunch.”
