Amos Joseph Rodriguez, 81, died on Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012 at St. Charles Parish Hospital. Amos received his Electrician’s license from Delgado in New Orleans. In his younger years, he was a champion boxer and excelled in track and shotput. He also enjoyed fishing and bowling. He was best known as “The Guitar Man” and the leader of his musical family band, which was his pride and joy.
