More than 30,000 people are expected to descend upon Luling for the Rotary Club’s 33rd annual Alligator Festival to browse crafts from more than 30 vendors, listen to a wide variety of music and chow down on famous south Louisiana delicacies.
You might have heard Erin Freese’s voice rising above the field at a local football game. You might have heard her song through the crowd at the Alligator Festival. If you have ever been to a local singing competition, you definitely have not missed her tunes.
Around 25,000 people are expected to descend upon St. Charles Parish for the Rotary Club’s 32nd annual Alligator Festival. Greeting them at the West Bank Bridge Park will be 40 crafts vendors, numerous festival rides, a wide-variety of music, famous south Louisiana delicacies and even baby alligators.
HAHNVILLE – The 31st Annual Alligator Festival will be held by the St. Charles Rotary Club at the West Bank Bridge Park from Friday through Sunday, Sept.24-26. The event will include great food, live music and amusement rides. The festival’s live music line-up includes The Wise Guys, The Bucktown All-Stars, The Topcats and many others. A preview night will be held Thursday, Sept. 23 from 6-9 p.m. with only amusement rides and limited food options.
Regular festival operating hours will be 6-11 p.m. on Sept. 24, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. on Sept. 25 and 11 a.m.-9 p.m. on Sept. 26.
