The Hahnville Tigers 7-on-7 team came out on top of 10 other teams in a tournament held at the Saints practice facility in Metairie.
Hahnville went undefeated to advance to the championship game, where they faced off against Newman.
Newman, who had to beat the Tigers twice to win, picked up a victory in the first game before the Tigers put them away to earn the championship in the second game.
Offensive team members are Brian Ensminger, Derek Howard, Dontrell Strickland, Ahmad White, Ronny Green, Jaylon Bryant and Desvon Joseph. Defensive team members are Ben Taylor, Treval Dunmiles, Chris Wells, Sergio Medina, Jerqwinick Sandolph, Tyren Hills and Devonty Alexander.
