Lady Tigers lose state title game in final inning

HHS boys knocked out of playoffs Tuesday, No. 2-seeded DHS begins march

The Hahnville Lady Tigers tore through the 5A playoffs and marched all the way to the state championship game for the first time in school history.

Though Hahnville ended up losing to St. Thomas More by a 4-3 score, head coach Kenny Vial said he couldn’t be more proud of his squad.

The Hahnville boys also suffered a heartbreaking loss on Tuesday when a 10th inning home run by Jesuit’s Derek Dunham  ended their season.
