Hahnville High School will offer phsyicals to all of the school’s athletes on July 29 at 2:30 p.m. at the HHS Field House.
The sports physicals cost $10 and parents must be around to fill out any necessary paperwork.
Students wishing to take part in middle school athletics (including cheerleading and pep-squad) for the coming school year may participate in the middle school pre-sports physicals that will take place on Aug. 7 at the St. Charles Parish Hospital Medical Office Building. Students should follow the schedule below:
•J.B. Martin Middle – last name A-M from 8 a.m. – 9:30 a.m./last name N-Z from 9:30 a.m. -11 a.m.
•R.K. Smith Middle – all students from 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
•Harry Hurst Middle – all students from 1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
•Albert Cammon Middle – all students from 2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
A parent or legal guardian of the student must be in attendance during the physical exam. Legal guardians must present documentation of guardianship at the time of the student’s physical exam.
Students that wear contacts or glasses must have their contacts or glasses with them for the vision screening portion of the physical exam. If the student does not have their contacts or glasses, they will not be cleared for participation in middle school athletics on that date.
The cost of each physical $15.00.
