The 9- and 10-year-old recreational baseball team, the Bayou Boys, are the 2008 runners up for the parish championship in their division.
Team members are: Gabriel Fonseca, Blade Candies, Fallon “Scooter” Hotard, Mathew Fonseca, Braxton Ober, Gabriel Lococo, Seth Bagot, Beau Bourgeois, Parker Peltier, Bryce Cornwell, Josh Perkins, Whitney Curole, Brennan Dugas and Drew Jones.
Coaches are Tom Bourgeois, Doyle Cornwell and George Dugas.
