Golfers from Hahnville and Destrehan dominated the District 7-5A All-District Team, with the Tigers placing four members on the squad and the Wildcats landing three on the team.
Collin Troxler and Derek Walker, both from Hahnville, were named to the first team as was Destrehan’s Joey Robichaux.
Hahnville and Destrehan each placed two members on the second team. Tigers Gavin Housend and Aaron Bourgeois joined Wildcats Triston Wenturine and Adam Clavelle on the list.
Both team’s talent was on display at the district golf tournament, which was held last week at Les Vieux Golf Club in Youngsville. St. Thomas More won the event, but Destrehan finished in second place and Hahnville came in third.
Troxler had the lowest score for the Tigers, finishing with a 75. Robichaux led Destrehan with an 80.
