Arrests
•Thomas Dantin, 24, of 354 Davis Drive in Luling, was arrested on June 7 and charged with DWI, improper control of vehicle and open alcohol container in vehicle.
•Simon Brown, 47, of 112 Allie Lane in Luling, was arrested on June 9 and charged with DWI and speeding.
•Davon Dallon, 17, of 279 Killona Drive in Killona, was arrested on June 10 and charged with simple burglary.
•Lynn Brown, 44, of 15132 Scorpio Ave. in Pride, was arrested on June 9 and charged with theft between $5,000-$24,999.
•John Ford, 31, of 131 Spruce St. in Boutte, was arrested on June 8 and charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling.
•Michael Mendez, 51, of 943 Byrne St. in Houston, was arrested on June 10 and charged with schedule I possession of a controlled, dangerous substance and contraband in a correctional center.
•Leonard Brackens III, 19, of 261 Vichy Court in LaPlace, was arrested on June 11 and charged with speeding and possession of marijuana.
•Clifford Bourgeois, 35, of 814 Paul Frederick St. in Luling, was arrested on June 19 and charged with possession of marijuana, third offense.
Thefts
•A .38 caliber handgun, two iPhones, a 39-inch TV and medicine were stolen from 339 Acorn St. in Boutte on June 8.
•Twenty-four batteries, valued at $16,800, were stolen from 11591 River Road in Ama on June 9.
•A purse and watch, together valued at $23,915, were stolen from 31 Brandon Hall in Destrehan on June 9.
•A remote control for a cable box, a television power cord and a television remote were stolen from 26 Zee Ann St. in Luling on June 10.
•A gym bag containing vise grips, a weight belt, workout gloves, a purse, a computer mouse, computer bag, coin purse and wi-fi jet pack, together valued at $2,422, were stolen from 110 Melrose Drive in Destrehan on June 11.
