Arrests
• Kenneth Simoneaux, 55, of 2332 Church St. in Vacherie, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with DWI, suspended driver’s license, open container, reckless operation, failure to use proper turn signal and no liability insurance.
• Oscar Ledezma, 24, or 209 11th St. in Larose, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with DWI.
• James Zeringue, 47, of 730 Sycamore St. in Hahnville, was arrested Feb. 2 and charged with pornography with a juvenile.
• Joseph Zeringue, 46, of 730 Sycamore St. in Hahnville, was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with pornography with a juvenile.
• Leshaunte Lockett, 31, of 312 Killona Dr. in Killona, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with aggravated second degree battery. She has two attachments.
• Nadia Matimoju, 35, of 206 Meadows Dr. in Destrehan, was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with second degree battery.
• Nicholas Kief, 33, of 64360 Elk River Rd. in Amite, was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with theft of oil and gas equipment valued $500 to $25,000.• Leroy Johnson, 23, of 341 Magnolia Ridge Rd. in Boutte, was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling and two counts of resisting an officer.
• Davonte Williams, 23, of 696 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling, was arrested Feb. 2 and charged with illegal possession of stolen things and theft of up to $750.
• Wayne Guillot Jr., 42, of 182 Autin Ln. in Des Allemands, was arrested Feb. 2 and charged with theft of items valued between $5,000-$25,000 and issuing worthless checks. He was a fugitive.
• Dwayne Lockett, 27, of 136 Spruce St. in Boutte, was arrested Feb. 3 and charged with possession of SCH III-suboxone.
• Daniel Howe, 24, of 114 Bonura St. in St. Rose, was arrested Feb. 3 and charged with possession of SCH IV – Klonopin.
• Leonard Dooley, 23, of 1621 Mazant St. in New Orleans, was arrested Feb. 4 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a stolen firearm, use of a firearm with a CDS and felony carrying of an illegal weapon.
• John Kohorst, 26, of 111 Celia Dr. in Luling, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with DWI, speeding and possession with intent to distribute drug paraphernalia.
Thefts
• Three pairs of sunglasses and assorted jewelry were stolen from 121 Kaylee Dr. in Hahnville on Jan. 25.
