Arrests
• Jeremy Cotton, 35, of 3826 Peters Road in Gretna, was arrested Aug. 3 and charged with theft of goods.
• Terry Jupiter, 42, of 304 Post Street in Killona, was arrested and charged with distribution of SCH II CDS to wit crack cocaine.
• Jack Ingram, 19, of 1212 Paul Fredrick Street in Luling, was arrested and charged with distribution of SCH I CDS to wit marijuana.
• Roosevelt Ingram, 36, of 219 Magnolia Ridge Road in Boutte, was arrested and charged with distribution of SCH I CDS to wit marijuana.
• Stanley Robinson, 22, of 184 South Kinler St. in Boutte, was arrested and charged with distribution of SCH I CDS to wit marijuana.
• Tony Matthew, 33, of 172 Keller St. in Hahnville, was arrested and charged with distribution of marijuana, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Devante Paul, 23, of 123 Gassen St. in Luling, was arrested and charged with principle to distribute SCH I CDS to wit marijuana.
• Gerard Sterling, 28, of 565 Esplanade St. in LaPlace, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute SCH I marijuana.
• Javelle Stipe, 52, of 309 Killona Drive in Killona, was arrested and charged with principle to distribute SCH II CDS to wit crack cocaine.
• Steve Hill, 56, of 1872 Paul Maillard Drive in Luling, was arrested and charged with distribution of SCH II CDS to wit crack cocaine (2 counts).
• Glenn Bourgeois, 28, of 154 St. Charles Place in Hahnville, was arrested Aug. 6 and charged with simply burglary of an inhabited dwelling and theft of under $500.
• Arthur Martin, 47, of 900 Kinler St. in Luling, was arrested and charged with distribution of crack cocaine.
• Aaron Mott, 18, of 1120 Kinler St. in Luling, was arrested and charged with distribution of marijuana.
• Kendrick Bailey, 42, of 203 Hahn St. in Hahnville, was arrested and charged with distribution of crack cocaine, obstruction of justice, possession with intent to distribute drug paraphernalia.
• Marty Diggs, 48, of 13347 Hwy. 90 in Boutte, was arrested and charged with two counts of distribution of crack cocaine.
• Telemarcus Major, 34, of 509 St. Charles Bypass Road in Thibodaux, was arrested August 8 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
• Wavie Evans Jr., 28, of 3668 Candlehill St. in San Antonio, Texas, was arrested Aug. 8 and charged with DWI, failure to exhibit proper control of vehicle, battery of a police officer.
Thefts
• A Jennings J22, valued at $300, was stolen from a vehicle at 163 Hahn in Hahnville on Aug. 5.
• A wallet containing $240 and misc. credit cards were stolen from a shopping cart at 12519 U.S. Highway 61 in Destrehan on Aug. 4.
• A wallet containing misc. credit cards and cash was stolen from a vehicle at 3601 Fifth Street in New Sarpy on Aug. 6.
• An Amanda 2 ton outdoor air conditioning unit valued at 3,000 was stolen from 1000 Riverbend Drive in St. Rose on Aug. 6.
• Assorted cased of drinks were stolen from 200 Tiger Drive in Houma on August 8.
• A three-ton AC unit was stolen from 122 Bonura Drive in St. Rose on Aug. 7.
• A purse was stolen from a vehicle parked at 719 Sycamore Street in Hahnville on Aug. 8.
