Sheriff’s Reports 5-6-2010

Arrests

•Roger P. Hamilton, 20, of 16620 U.S. 90 in Des Allemands, was arrested on April 27 and charged with possession of a stolen firearm and felony carrying illegal weapon.

•Trace L. Harvey, 21, of 404 Norton St. in Arabi, was arrested on April 27 and charged with auto theft over $500, simple burglary and FUG.

•Leroy S. Hensley, 64, of 430 Barber Road in Paradis, was arrested on April 27 and charged with D.W.I., suspended driver’s license and speeding.

•Jesus Losoya Sosa, 37, of 12225 LA 18 in Luling, was arrested on April 30 and charged with second offense DWI, driving without lights, public bribery and being a fugitive from another agency.

Theft

•An Air Slide 5th wheel, a hydrolic wet kit, 50 gallons of hydrolic oil, an aluminum tank and transmission oil were stolen out of a vehicle at 10459 U.S. 61 in St. Rose on April 26.

•Video games and a 9mm handgun, total value of $550, were stolen from 213 Santa Cruz in Luling on April 27.

•Assorted pieces of scrap metal, total value of $395, were stolen from 424A LA 626 in St. Rose on April 28.

•A Ford F-350, total value of $30,000, was stolen from 106 Fonda St. in Paradis.

•A CD player, total value of $499, was stolen out of a vehicle at 433 Turtle Creek Lane in Destrehan on April 28.
•A game system, valued at $300, was stolen from 706 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling on April 29.

•A mini battery powered bike, valued at $300, was stolen from 314 River Oaks Drive in Destrehan on April 29.

•A portable satellite radio and headphones, valued at $300, was stolen from 114 Seven Oaks Court on April 29.
